THE SKALOS UNIVERSE

GRAVITY IS BROKEN. TRUST NO ONE.

Twenty-five years ago, the Fracture shattered the laws of physics. Now, the Pacific Northwest is a graveyard of floating ruins and twisted biology, held in the grip of the Gravonin Field.

In this new world, humanity didn't just survive; it mutated. Survivors known as Resonants wield reality-bending powers—but every use of that power brings them closer to the Corruption.

THE FACTIONS

    • The Public Face: They claim to guard the history of the "Before World" and guide Resonants in controlling their powers. They preach order and stability.

    • Key Figure: Zara Voss – An ace pilot bridging the gap between the regimented military and the chaotic wasteland .

  • THE CRUX-CULT

    • Role: The Terrorists.

    • The Belief: They worship the alien entity SKALOS. They believe the Fracture wasn't a disaster, but a "baptism." They seek to spread the Corruption and feed the alien engines that broke the world.

    • The Threat: They are infiltrating the other factions, turning our own defenses against us. They don't want to save the world; they want to harvest it.
